The interest and dedication to construction began in 1987, when Mr. Manuel dos Santos Guerreiro founded the company: Manuel dos Santos Guerreiro Revestimentos e Decorações in Grândola.

It all started with small remodeling jobs, improvements, and maintenance, right up to building houses. From the start, the aim was to solve customers' problems with high-quality construction solutions at controlled costs.
It was in this environment that Carlos Guerreiro grew up, and from an early age, he showed an interest in building and renovating houses, following, and learning from his father.
In 2003 he set up his own company, Construllab, dedicated to construction and engineering.
Constru Kom, a construction and engineering company, was founded in 2009 because of his long experience in the construction and refurbishment of buildings.
There are more than 25 years of experience and technical knowledge. His focus was on the construction and mainly the improvement of buildings, making them more efficient, more comfortable and more pleasant for their owners.
Because of of his long experience, he decided to open a consultancy business for building, remodeling, or buying/selling houses.
