Who are we?
Constru Kom 321 was founded in 2009 and is a consulting company in engineering and civil construction, based on a long experience acquired in the construction and rehabilitation of buildings.
Carlos Guerreiro, founder of Constru Kom 321, has over 25 years of experience and technical knowledge.
Because of of his long experience, he decided to open a consultancy business for building, remodeling, or buying/selling houses.
Carlos Guerreiro graduated in Civil Engineering in 1996 from the State Technical University of Construction and Architecture in Kiev, Ukraine.
In 1998, after a year's study at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, his degree was recognized in Portugal.
Since then, he has attended various training courses, with the aim of constantly seeking to improve his knowledge and carry out work of excellence.
